Yesterday morning R and baby were up and we were in the kitchen having breakfast. M was still sleeping. There was a hairband on the table and baby asked me to put it on and when I did R said “mom, you look pretty”. Then he added “but you don’t pretty when you are mad”. I didn’t know what to say.

R&M are excited about camping trip this weekend. Except we still don’t have a reservation. D said he will come home early and we are going to drive around campgrounds to get a walk-in spot.

I spent 2 hrs this morning ( I need to go clean the bathrooms today) looking for a nice campground for this coming weekend. I have a all or nothin’ attitude. If I want to go camping, I want the best spot that there is. The problem is, everything is booked. All the good spots are taken already. I found one in Wyoming, river front .. might be good for the kids ( not sure). But it is not the traditional campground with tall evergreens that shade yr spot. Other option is to drive around campgrounds this friday to find a spot. The trouble with that is we might have to settle for less which would really bug me.

After wasting 2 hrs of my life, I still can’t come to a conclusion as to which one to pick. Go with a nice shaded lot or river front so the kids can play with water. What if the river front one is crowded with boats. .. Hmmm ..

Life is hard! It keeps forcing me to be more organized.

Boys had the last baseball game on saturday. They were awarded trophies after they are done. Now I got to figure out a way to display all the trophies they get. They liked playing baseball, mostly because they understood the game. They know to hit the ball hard and run to the first base. Then second and third and home run. M says he likes hitting the ball real hard. He likes hitting. He is not that good a fielder ( don’t what the baseball term is.. that’s cricket term).

Fall soccer starts next month. Starting tomorrow, I am thinking of making the kids run for 10 or 20 mins in the playground near our house. That way they build stamina and while they are doing that, they can learn how to hit the soccer ball properly.

Two weeks back me and and my friends had her ears pierced at the mall. Two days later she lost one of the ear stud. I took her back again to get it pierced again. Poor thing.. this time she resisted so much but was okay soon after.

Her favorite pass time these days is to change clothes. She does it all day. This pic was taken a few days back. First she wore a long sleeve shirt .. then a tank top .. then a dress(backwards). Later on, after the pic was taken, she even wore a skirt underneath.

This morning D wanted to get his pic taken for his web presentation. So .. while I was taking his pics, R and baby woke up. I took a few pics of the sleepheads. I woke M up around 9, got them dressed and took them to the library for a show. While I was doing that, I was noting how hard it is to get 3 kids ready in the morning. We are done with the show and kids were playing outside the library .. and baby decided to jump on me. I didn’t notice right away and therefore wasn’t fast enough to hold her. She fell down and hit the back of her head on the concrete block.

She started crying…I was rubbing her head and soon I saw blood on my hand. I threw a “psycho” fit ..
and some lady rushed and got wet papertowels. I then rushed her to the doctor .. where we met D.The doc said she needed stitches. D held her while the doc stitched her head up. I stayed outside with R&M. Baby said on the way home “Mommy, it doesn’t hurt anymore” and she is playing happily.

Last night we went to Chucky E Cheese to attend a birthday party. It was a first time for all of us. Mama had lots of fun.
